How do I get my deposit back?

You will have to comply with all the requirements of your lease, but basically give us back the home the way you found it. If you have made a hole in the wall, fix it so it can’t be seen. If you did some painting while in the home, we hope you have enjoyed it. Now it is time to return those walls back to the original colors or neutral (Killim Beige from Sherwin Williams or HIS paints is a preferred choice. Semi-gloss or Satin finish in bathrooms, Eggshell finish in the remainder).

When you moved into the home you found a home you could hang up your clothes, set down your plates and start living. We expect you to hand the home back just as clean and ready for the next resident.

The carpets must be cleaned on your way out. We recommend the professionals at Oklahoma Steamclean and Carpet Restoration

Please make sure all the light bulbs work, and the air filters are fresh( as you got them). If your refrigerator has a filter and it has not been replaced in the last 3 months, place a new one, in box, in the fridge and we will swap it out.

Typical Charges:

  • Key replacement: $10.00 ea
  • Air Filters: $10.00 ea
  • Light bulbs: $ 2.00 ea
  • Carpet cleaning: $85.00-180.00 (depending on size)
